I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely comfortable and genuinely cared for. She was incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable, patient, and so affordable for the amazing experience she provides. You can immediately tell that this isn’t just a job for her-she truly loves what she does, and it shows in every little detail. She takes the time to personalize the experience, never makes you feel rushed, and puts 110% into making sure you leave happy. She celebrated our baby right along with us and made the entire appointment feel so special and personal. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only great at what they do, but who genuinely enjoys making other people happy while doing it. We absolutely LOVED her and our experience, and I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone looking for a 3D ultrasound. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients. Thank you for taking such amazing care of us and for giving our family such a beautiful experience and memories we’ll always have! 🥹💙

Such a wonderful experience from start to finish! Neida was so sweet, patient, and welcoming. She took her time making sure we got the best views of our baby and made such a special moment even more memorable for us. We absolutely loved seeing our little one in 3D and will cherish these photos forever. Highly recommend!

I would love to say that it was a pleaser going to Serenity Imaging. Not only was it such an amazing memorable experience but the opportunity that I was given to see my baby in 3D was breath taking! Never have I ever experienced seeing my baby in 3D and this office made it happen! Everything about my visit was wonderful from walking in to laying down to being treated like a queen the calming and intimate feeling you get is nothing compared to a regular OBGYN office where they want you in and out. Definitely commend coming here.

Neida is such a sweet person and has sooo much patience. She really goes above and beyond to try and give you the best experience and the best images. And the ultrasound machine she uses is one of the newest and the features and things she can do with an ultrasound image is amazing. Definitely will recommend Serenity Imaging to anyone who is pregnant.

I got an ultrasound done a few weeks ago with Neida & my entire experience from start to finish was amazing! She took her time with my ultrasound and made me feel very comfortable. She has a lot of really cool add ons that are neat to remember your pregnancy! I’d recommend coming here over and over again!

I absolutely loved my experience at serenity imaging. Neida was very patient and took her time scanning me. She was very detailed and pointed out some of my baby’s body parts. She looked as excited as I was to see my baby. I love this place and would highly recommend it. I can’t wait to go back!

I loved my experience at Serenity and I am absolutely grateful I found this place. Initially I found it to do my sneak peek and I had such a great experience I’ve booked an ultrasound twice. The owner Neida is super sweet and makes you feel comfortable. She explains everything she sees on the scan. The room is very clean, and the space is comfortable. I will definitely be booking again.

The ABSOLUTE BEST! Neida made this experience so special and unforgettable! We are so grateful to have gone to her to see the our growing baby. She makes you the most comfortable you can be physically & she’s very welcoming because she talks to you & explains everything you’re looking at. If you are a sonography student or a current Registered Sonographer who needs tutoring I 100% recommend Neida. Thanks to Neida I was able to get my hand back on the transducer after almost 3 years ! She has so much knowledge and patience and has gotten my scanning skills up to date in such little time. Thanks to her I was able to land a job position and it just shows how much she has made a difference in my scanning. Do not hesitate you will not regret it !

I'm a recent ultrasound graduate who needed some extra help with protocols/scanning techniques & I can honestly say that this tutoring service helped me a lot with just one visit. So so glad I found this place! Neida is amazing, very professional, welcoming and knowledgeable! Had an amazing ultrasound and sneak peek gender testing, she totally saved my gender reveal party thanks to her services! If I could give this experience more than 5 stars I would, having done our first 2 sonograms at the hospital, the appointment with Neida was night and day! Besides not feeling rushed through the process like at a hospital, we felt like we really got to meet our son before he was born, capturing his expressions and personality and getting to take home a permanent reminder of it on a usb for future home videos. Neidas office offered all the comforts of being at home while maintaining the professionalism of a trained medical staff. The only regret is that we only got to do our last sonogram with her before our son was born!
