Scope of Services. Through this Site, Serenity Imaging markets and arranges 2D Ultrasound, 3D Ultrasound, 4D Ultrasound, 5D Ultrasound, Gender DNA Testing, Gender Reveal. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Account Conduct. Information you provide must be accurate. You must keep any login credentials private and report unauthorized use immediately.
Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.
Site Content. Content displayed on https://3dultrasoundperthamboy.com is the property of Serenity Imaging or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
Account Closure. Serenity Imaging reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
No Warranties. Serenity Imaging disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Serenity Imaging's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Indemnity. You agree to defend and indemnify Serenity Imaging from claims, including reasonable attorney fees, that result from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by NJ law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in NJ for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Updates. Serenity Imaging reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
